VIAMAR stands behind every ring we produce. Should you experience dissatisfaction of any kind with normal wear you can return the defective product for a new one. We will strive to replace with the same style. However, we cannot guarantee it due to constantly changing styles, discontinued styles or low stock. We reserve the right to substitute with a similar style of equal value. The VIAMAR warranty does not cover any lost or stolen jewelry.
To complete the return process you will need to pay a $6.00 shipping and handling fee via credit card. After payment is made please send your defective ring along with your order number (emailed with receipt of payment) and your contact information to include your name, address and phone number. Your jewelry will be replaced at no charge within 60 days of receipt of the defective product. Please note at this time we do not accept returns from outside of the USA.
